What we bake

Sourdough

Wild-yeast loaves, cold-fermented 36 hours for that deep, tangy crumb and a crackling crust. Baked fresh through the morning.

We're a small open kitchen, so we can tell you exactly what's in the room. If you're baking around an allergy, ask Poppy or call us — we'll walk through the day's bakes with you.
